We recently wrapped up our Fall Nature Class Series with our last outing at Juniper Jungle Farm. What a great, “Deer Day” it was! The kids learned about stalking, tracking, and they helped stretch a real deer hide! The kids were also really excited because we finally finished our Wildheart Rattle made from raw hide and corn kernals. We passed it around for the first time during the opening song. The rattle will now be used in all subsequent classes as our “Talking Rattle.” We hope to see everybody again this Spring!
