Class Description:
Calling all creators! This is a camp for primitive enthusiasts who want to make some awesome crafts with raw materials harvested straight from the wild. Let’s face it: showing off your skills with some sweet primitive bling brings out the caveman in us all. If you’ve ever wanted to know how to make twine from scratch, dye from plants, or leather from skin then you’ve got a primitive hunger that needs to be fed! In this camp, we spotlight the material side of primitive skills. Each week will have a major craft that is the focus of the camp, in addition to some more foundational skills like twining and knot making. All of this infused with games, play and the typical Wildheart magic make for an inspiring experience that won’t soon be forgotten.
