Griffin Gliders camp offers participants the opportunity to evolve in three core areas: inner strength, courage, and leadership.

Students Will:

• Go on tracking and mapping expeditions
• Have opportunities to practice leadership
• Embark on treasure hunts
• Practice embodying the admirable qualities of the griffin

Class Description:

Welcome to the realm of the forest where all children have the opportunity to go on legendary adventures with mythical creatures. Griffin Gliders camp offers participants the opportunity to evolve in three core areas: inner strength, courage, and leadership. Through extensive tracking and mapping expeditions, participants will experience an eagle’s eye view of the landscape. Mentors will challenge group members to step into leadership positions that may be out of their comfort zone but that will help them expand their sense of self. This week is all about helping participants embrace and overcome fear in order to cultivate resilience and confidence. Treasure hunts, running games, art, mindfulness, and free play will also be a core component of this camp. Join us as we glide with the griffins so we can deepen our connection to the landscape, ourselves, and each other!
