Transfer and Cancellation Policies

General Policies

*We have a 24 hour “oops” policy, meaning that you can receive a full refund for up to 24 hours after you register for an event.

*Although your payment is not always 100% refundable, it is 100% transferable to another participant.

*Should you choose the payment plan option at check out, you will be responsible to complete your payment plan, regardless of whether or not you complete the class series or summer camp.

*If you request to transfer to a different program or hold the balance in your account 30 days or more before the start date of the class or start of class series, there will be a $10 transfer fee.

*If you request to transfer to a different program or hold the balance in your account 15 – 29 days before the start date of the class or start of class series, there will be a fee of 50% of the program cost. The other 50% will be left as a credit in your account for a future camp. If we are, however, able to find someone to fill your space we will give you a 90% credit toward a future camp.

*No credits will be given for transfers 14 days or less before the start date of the class or class series. If we are, however, able to find someone to fill your space we will give you a 90% credit toward a future camp.

*No credits or refunds will be given after a class series has already started.

*If we cancel a class or camp as per Governor Kate Brown’s request, then we will create an opportunity to make up the class either through adding class dates or offering you a credit toward a future class. No refunds will be issued in the event of another lockdown, even if you purchase Registration Protection. If you register for Wildheart KinderCamp, no credits or refunds will be issued in the event of a lockdown scenario because we have an Emergency Childcare License.

*If you need to cancel a class or camp due to having been exposed in close contact to someone who tested positive with a corona virus then we will give you a full credit toward a future camp. No refunds will be issued.

Registration Protection Terms and Conditions

*Refunds will only be issued through the Registration Protect Insurance offered as a session option before check out. Registration Protect is 10% of the program cost. This means if you do not purchase the insurance, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Registration Protect will give you a 100% refund (minus the 10% fee to purchase Registration Protection) in the event of an injury or illness, vehicle breakdown or theft, adverse weather resulting in travel warnings, work relocation, corona virus infection, and more. There is an opportunity to purchase Registration Protect when registering for any program.

*Refunds through Registration Protect will be given if you need to cancel a camp and give us 30 days or more notice or if someone registers in your place.

*Refunds through Registration Protect will also be given if you are unable to attend camp due to illness, unexpected job loss, unexpected move, or other unforeseeable event that makes it impossible for you to attend. We will need proof such as a doctor’s note, loss of employment document, or other form of proof to enact the refund. A couple of classes missed within a series of classes (i.e. Homeschool Classes, School of Wizardry etc.) will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given due to concern over catching a corona virus at camp. If you have strong concern and think there is a possibility you will cancel last minute due to this concern, then we recommend you refrain from signing up for camp until shortly before the camp begins. We cannot guarantee there will be spots left but it is very likely there will be.

*Registration Protect will give you a 100% refund (minus the 10% fee to purchase Registration Protection) in the event of an injury or illness, vehicle breakdown or theft, adverse weather resulting in travel warnings, work relocation, corona virus infection, and more.

*We will need proof such as a doctor’s note, loss of employment document, or other form of proof to enact the refund. A couple of classes missed within a series of classes (i.e. Homeschool Classes, Summer Camps, etc.) will not be refunded.

*Our terms and conditions currently cover illness so a customer will be refunded if they or any of their immediate family contracts coronavirus and this is supported by a doctor’s note stating they shouldn’t attend the event. If a customer is in a high risk group and they receive advice from a doctor supported by a doctor’s note not to travel to a certain area then their refund will be paid.

*Our customer terms and conditions EXCLUDE Government or Government agency travel bans and lock downs as follows “you are prevented from traveling to or attending a booked event due to an outbreak of a contagious disease and the Government or any agency acting on behalf of the Government has imposed a ban on travel or children’s classes” therefore if an event is due to happen whilst a ban on travel is in place then a refund will not be issued irrespective of your reason for claiming.
