Transfer and Cancellation Policies

General Policies

*We have a 24 hour “oops” policy, meaning that you can receive a full refund for up to 24 hours after you register for an event.

*We do not offer refunds under any other circumstances unless you purchase Registration Protection at check out.

*Although your payment is not always 100% refundable, it is 100% transferable to another participant.

*Should you choose the payment plan option at check out, you will be responsible to complete your payment plan, regardless of whether or not you complete the class series or summer camp.

*If you request to transfer to a different program or hold the balance in your account 30 days or more before the start date of the class or start of class series, there will be a $10 transfer fee.

*If you request to transfer to a different program or hold the balance in your account 15 – 29 days before the start date of the class or start of class series, there will be a fee of 50% of the program cost. The other 50% will be left as a credit in your account for a future camp. If we are, however, able to find someone to fill your space we will give you a 90% credit toward a future camp.

*No credits will be given for transfers 14 days or less before the start date of the class or class series. If we are, however, able to find someone to fill your space we will give you a 90% credit toward a future camp.

*No credits or refunds will be given after a class series has already started.

*If you need to cancel a class or camp due to having been exposed in close contact to someone who tested positive with a coronavirus, no credits or refunds will be issued unless you purchased Registration Protection.

*Missed classes within a series will not be credited.

*If we need to cancel a class for any reason such as smoke, we will give you a credit toward a future camp.
